Dieting to Lose Weight

If you're overweight and you probably are or you wouldn't even be reading this, then chances are you got to where you are now through bad diet choices and eating all the wrong stuff while also not getting enough exercise to burn off all the calories you have been loading into your body. It also probably took a long time to get where you are and to see what the bathroom scales are telling you.

Bearing all that in mind, you should expect that it might take a while to get all that excess weight off again. Sure it can be done faster, but usually when people lose weight fast, they put it right back on again, just as fast! So give yourself time to lose that weight and you will suddenly find that its a load easier than you thought cause there's no real pressure on you to produce results week after week!

So if one week you weigh yourself and the scales are telling you the same as last week, so what? Just keep on with your diet and next week it'll be different. You'll see!
